Dubai Booking Process

How to Book Vimal Gutkha in Dubai

When booking Vimal Gutkha in Dubai, the process involves handling container shipments and making advance payments to secure the order. The booking system operates with two container sizes: 20 feet and 40 feet. Regardless of the container size, a minimum of 40% advance payment is required to initiate the process. The remaining amount is paid upon delivery.

Payment Process and Seller Categories

There are two types of sellers involved in the booking and payment system:

  1. Authorized Sellers
  2. Unauthorized Sellers

Each category follows a different payment and delivery structure, ensuring smooth transactions based on their status.

1. Authorized Sellers

Authorized sellers have a more structured and direct payment process. The steps are as follows:

  • If the total value of the product is 300,000 dirhams, then an advance payment of 100,000 dirhams must be made in Dubai.
  • Payments from different companies or countries are first processed in Dubai before being forwarded.
  • The full invoice payment must be made via TT (Telegraphic Transfer) to our company’s ICICI Bank account in Gandhidham, India.
  • Once the BL (Bill of Lading) copy is generated, the shipment is processed for delivery.

This method ensures that payments are secure, and the goods are delivered promptly upon verification of the transaction.

2. Unauthorized Sellers

For unauthorized sellers, the payment process differs slightly. These sellers are not directly affiliated with the company, so additional verification steps are necessary.

  • First Payment in Dubai:
    • If the product value is 300,000 dirhams, then 100,000 dirhams must be paid in advance.
    • The remaining 200,000 dirhams will be paid after delivery of the goods.
    • For a 40-foot container, an advance payment of 200,000 dirhams is required, and the remaining 400,000 dirhams must be paid after delivery.

Payment Method for Unauthorized Sellers

To facilitate transactions for unauthorized sellers, a payment token system is used. This is commonly known as a Hawala Token. The process is as follows:

  1. The unauthorized seller in Dubai will receive a payment token upon making the advance payment.
  2. Once the token is issued, they will receive a receipt from Vishnu Exports, confirming the transaction.
  3. After the product is successfully delivered, another payment token is generated.
  4. The remaining 60% of the payment must be completed after receiving the delivery.

This token system ensures that the transaction remains secure while providing flexibility in payment processing.

Conclusion

This is the official booking and payment process for both authorized and unauthorized sellers looking to purchase Vimal Gutkha in Dubai. If there are any questions or if further clarification is needed, please review the system and provide any necessary modifications.
